A new research study by the George Washington University confirms the link between low testosterone and depression. In the study involving more than 200 men with an average age of 48, more than 100 men had a diagnosis of depression, or had symptoms of depression. Many of the participants were obese or had a history of taking antidepressants.

Testosterone ensures a man’s sperm production, sex drive, muscle strength and mass, bone density we well as facial/body hair. Men with low levels of testosterone may feel symptoms of fatigue, low sex-drive and depression.
